This is a watercolor series of architectural photographs converted into watercolor paintings, capturing moments of shadow and light reflection against materials. This series contains both interior and exterior conditions in and around architectural buildings
ROAD TRIP
This is a painting series that explores photographs being transformed into acrylic paintings. These photographs were taken on multiple road trips around Upstate New York. Images include dead end staircases, haunted bridges, and endless trails. The interesting characteristic of photographs is that when they are taken, there is no physical appearance of natural forces. A moment during a rainstorm can easily transform into an illusion of a bright sunny day.
ANIMALS
An animal painting series began when I moved to Brooklyn, NY. This painting series was inspired by the interesting individuals that one can cross paths with and the constant bizarre activity that filled the daily New York City streets. Paintings include farm animals, sea creatures, extinct species, and rodents.
ENCHANTED
A painting series referred to as, ‘enchanted’ was developed after a recent adventure. This series explores the wonders that are hidden amongst the forest. Images include castles, waterfalls, and pathways.
