Lemon Ricotta Cookies

Ingredients:

Mixture: 2 cups of sugar, 1 cup butter, 1 15oz container of ricotta cheese, 2 tsp vanilla extract, 2 large eggs, 4 cup all-purpose flour, 2 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp salt

Icing: 3 1/3 cups confectionary sugar, 1 tbsp vanilla extract, 1/4 tsp almond extract, half n half (use 1 tbsp at a time until desired consistency - not too runny), sprinkles

Italian Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

Mixture: 2 slicks of butter, 2/3 cup of sugar, 1/4 tsp salt, 2 egg yolks, splash of vanilla, 2 cups of flour, 2 tsp milk

Topping: Jelly, Melted chocolate, sprinkles

(Mix - add mixture to piping bag - bake - sandwich cookies with jelly - then dip in melted chocolate)

Blueberry Pie

Ingredients:

4 cups of blueberries, 1-2 tbsp lemon juice plus zest, 3/4 graduated sugar, 3 tbsp corn starch (or flour), 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon, And 2 pie crusts
